Currently, venues are not charged for hosting this community event.  However, there is a reality to the costs associated with exhibiting an installation of this size-e.g. supplies and tools needed for reconfiguring or adding cranes to the exhibit; packaging and items needed for transportation and installation of the cranes; marketing and promotional materials needed to get the word out to potential venues for the exhibit, etc.
